FELLOWSHIP OF THE SERVICES.
spirit of comradeship proved in the fires of two World Wars and perpetuated in a 'Brotherhood' of ex-servicemen drawn from all ranks of H.M. Forces. The majority are officers and men who served in these wars and carry on a Service Brotherhood, an association created out of unforgettable experiences of the 1914-18 war.
I'm in Fellowship of the services and so is your chairman were are in 58 Hasland MeFellowship of the services is a brotherhood of officers and men. Fellowship is the underlying ss and we are both pass chairmen. If you are interested in joining Fellowship of the Services please contact me and i will put you in touch with your local mess secretary. Messes are closing at an alarming rate because people are unfortunatley dying and they are not being replaced because Fellowship is not allowed to advertise. The serving soldier is not told about associations like these when they join as i was not told.

The next meeting will be held at the ex-serviceman's club Haig House, Gluman Gate, Chesterfield on the 24th February 2010 at 19.30hrs.
APPEAL.

SHERWOOD FORESTERS MEMORIAL DEDICATION BELGIUM DVD.
A member of the Mansfield Branch has obtained a dvd recording of the unvailing of the Sherwood Foresters Memorial at the ceromony in Belgium from a lady who was there. The dvd is of good quality and clear but no commentry and is about 20 minutes long and is a historical event.
